Maurice Williams has been named the FSU Male Athlete of the Week after helping the Bobcat men's basketball team to a pair of crucial CAC wins last week.

Williams averaged 22 points and six rebounds in three games. He scored a season-best 26 points in a victory over Stevenson and added 25 points and 10 rebounds in a win over two-time defending CAC champion St. Mary's

Williams currently leads the Bobcats and is second in the CAC in scoring (16.3).
