Ryan Russell has been selected as the FSU Male Athlete of the Week.

The junior midfielder scored a pair of goals on the week as the Bobcats went 1-1. He scored the game-winner in FSU's 2-0 shutout of Penn State Altoona. He then added another score in a narrow 3-2 loss to nationally ranked Salisbury.

Russell leads the team goals (5), points (11) and game-winning goals (2).
