After a highly successful debut with the Frostburg State football team on Saturday, senior running Patrick Pinchinat has been selected as the FSU Male Athlete of the Week.

Pinchinat accounted for three touchdowns and 256 yards of offense as the Bobcats defeated Geneva 34-21 in the season opener on Saturday night.

Pinchinat finished with 183 rushing yards on 23 carries and two scores while he caught one pass for 73 yards and yet another touchdown.

He found the endzone the first two times he touched the football. His first score was a 48-yard run that gave FSU a 7-0 lead. On the Bobcats' ensuing drive, he caugt a 73-yard pass and raced into the endzone for a 14-0 lead.
