Junior Maurice Williams has been named the FSU Male Athlete of the Week for the first time in his career.

Williams poured in a staggering 58 points in two games last week for the Bobcats. He entered the week averaging nine points per game, but exploded for a career-high 30 in an overtime loss to York, last Thursday.

He followed that up with a 28-point effort in Saturday's road win at Stevenson that lifted FSU into sixth place in the CAC.
