FROSTBURG, Md. - The Frostburg State University athletic department has announced a 'Hoops for Haiti' fundraising event to be held during the basketball games on Saturday, February 6 at Bobcat Arena. Fans are also encouraged to wear white during both the women's (1:00 pm) and men's (3:00 pm) games scheduled for that afternoon against D'Youville.

Donations will be accepted at both entrances to the main arena and all proceeds generated during the contests will be given to the Red Cross to help with the relief efforts in Haiti.

White 'Hoops for Haiti' t-shirts will also be on sale on campus in Tawes Hall and at the entrances to the arena for $7.00 each.

FSU's dining service, ARAMARK, will donate a portion of the concession stands proceeds to the Red Cross and a bake sale will be setup to help generate funds for the cause.
